Bay Club SF Tennis Court

The inaugural edition of the KPSF Open, held in May 2016, was an independent $15,000 prize money tournament. Starting in 2017, we are proud to announce the tournament has been invited to join the ATP Challenger Tour as a $100,000 event. With an international field of players inside the top 100 rankings, it is truly a world class tournament, and an intimate atmosphere makes it ideal for fans to get close to their favorite players and share a unique tennis experience.

KPSF Open Goals

  • Honor Kunal Patel’s life with an event he would be proud of
  • Bring professional tennis back to the city of San Francisco with room for continued growth
  • Provide value to our sponsors, partners, and all Bay Area tennis fans

What benefits can you provide for me as a sponsor?

  • The base audience for the tournament is a highly desirable demographic. Tennis fans are a historically affluent group of consumers with an ability and a desire to spend the money they have. This is even more extreme when you look at Bay Area tennis fans. With the tournament being held at a premium tennis club with avid and intense tennis players, there could be no better return on investment for sponsors promoting their brand.
  • The benefits of sponsorship extend beyond return on investment for sponsors who are tennis fans themselves. The networking opportunities with top players and memories from the tournament will last a lifetime.
  • Premium tickets for sponsors allow for up to a full week of tennis for your company associates, and opportunities to entertain and impress your own clients.

We’re proud to join all our partners in bringing professional tennis back to the city of San Francisco and the Bay Area. Prior to 2013, the Bay Area was host to the second longest running professional tennis tournament in the United States, trailing only the US Open. For over twenty years that tournament was held in San Francisco. This is a tennis town; professional tennis belongs here. Thank you for being a part of bringing it back!
